I’m Arianne, an English language teacher with a neutral accent!I’m experienced in teaching young learners, conversational courses, Business English, and grammar.

7-12 years old / 13-18 years old /adults

My Teaching Style:
My approach to learning is that it should be fun, dynamic and learner-centered. There are so many different ways to practice English – no two learners are exactly the same, and learning is best done through making connections and fun!

My Qualifications/ Education:
I have several TEFL certificates (Teaching English to Young Learners, Teaching Business English, Teaching Grammar, One-on-One Teaching, Advanced Lesson Planning, Methodology of the Online Classroom), and I studied a Bachelor’s and Post-Graduate Diploma of Education.

My Experience:
I have been teaching English since 2014 and teaching online since 2019.

Languages I Speak:
I am a native English speaker. I also speak Afrikaans at the C2 level, German at the A2 level, and Shona at the A1 level.

My Interests:
I love reading, writing, and crafting. I also love animals and being outdoors. I enjoy keeping active – hiking and exploring the world around me.
