Hi, I am Tricia, an English speaker from USA with an American accent. I’m a cheerful and encouraging coach who always brings a warm smile and positive energy to every lesson.
Ages I Teach:
3-6 years old, 7-12 years old, 13-18 years old, adults.
My Style:
I believe learning should be fun, encouraging, and full of smiles! Keeping learners engaged online, regardless of age, is challenging, so I create interactive, personalized lessons and a safe, supportive space where learners feel comfortable and confident to participate, make mistakes, and grow. Every session is a chance to explore, laugh, and learn together at their own pace.
My Qualifications:
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in German, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and a TEFL certificate.
My Experience:
I’ve taught face-to-face since 1999 and online since 2010. I am qualified to teach learners with learning disabilities such as: ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and others. I am experienced in preparing learners for Baccalauréat, IGCSE/GCSE, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, Cambridge CPE, CAE, FCE, PET, KET, Flyers, Movers, Starters, British Council Aptis test and Business English.

My Interests:
I’m passionate about animals, travel, and creative activities. I have kids (teenagers!) and, as a family, we love exploring the world together. At home, we care for two dogs, two birds, a cat, and seven chickens! I also enjoy reading, crafts, and outdoor adventures—interests I often bring into sessions to connect with my learners.
